StockKeeper Joins Bankau and IXO-NET
StockKeeper announced on the 8th that it has signed a basic contract with Tessa to establish a token securities issuance infrastructure through the Korean beef fractional investment platform 'Bankau' and will participate in the distributed ledger network 'IXO-NET'. StockKeeper will engage with the token securities management solution 'IXTO' operated by Tessa and the blockchain network 'IXO-NET', both of which have completed participation in the token securities testbed of the Korea Securities Depository. StockKeeper is issuing investment contract securities based on real assets of Korean beef and is growing as a livestock fintech company. In addition to issuing livestock investment contract securities, it is building a value chain that includes breeding management, auction and settlement, and processing, distribution, and sales of Korean beef. This collaboration is significant as it involves operators who have designed and issued actual fractional investment products participating in the establishment of the token securities infrastructure. IXO-NET is a distributed ledger network that provides the necessary functions for companies aiming to issue token securities based on various underlying assets, and Tessa aims to launch a pilot service for the token securities platform linked with the Korea Securities Depository in the fourth quarter of 2026. StockKeeper plans to utilize Tessa's technology to participate in IXO-NET and will gradually specify the network operation methods and standardization of the issuance process.
