Key Stage of Construction Completed for Interchange on Kyiv – Odesa Highway
On the M-05 Kyiv – Odesa highway, the installation of the monolithic span structure for the turning part of the transport interchange near the village of Vita-Pochtova has been completed. The formwork has been dismantled, and height restrictions for oversized vehicles have been lifted. Currently, work continues on the installation of monolithic sidewalks, retaining walls, and transition slabs, as well as the installation of barrier fencing, curbstones, and drainage ditches, while accompanying works for opening the overpass for technological transport are being finalized. The next stage includes the installation of expansion joints, laying waterproofing on the roadway, and asphalting the road. The first stage of the transport interchange construction, which includes an underground tunnel and a roundabout from the city of Boyarka, was launched in the summer of 2025, ensuring a safe turn for drivers towards Kyiv. The completion of the second part of the turning area is underway.
