Ukrzaliznytsia Announces Tender for Organizing Business Trips
Ukrzaliznytsia is seeking a company to organize business trips, training sessions, and other events with partial funding from the World Bank's grant resources. Bidders must confirm their qualifications and experience to provide the services. The contract is planned to be signed by the end of 2027, with proposals accepted until September 14. The contractor will be responsible for booking tickets, organizing accommodation, transfers, training sessions, as well as providing insurance and visa support. A budget of 1.19 million UAH is allocated for air tickets to Europe, while 750,000 UAH is designated for tickets to China, India, Japan, Canada, South Korea, and the USA. For organizing training sessions and events, 600,000 UAH is allocated, 480,000 UAH for accommodation abroad, 200,000 UAH for car rentals, 70,000 UAH for visa support, and 45,000 UAH for insurance.
