- Not a First-Time User: The new user bonus is exclusively for individuals who are registering on WEEX for the very first time. If you have previously registered an account with WEEX, even if it's no longer active, you might not be eligible.
- Failure to Meet Deposit or Trading Volume Requirements: Many bonuses require a minimum first-time deposit amount or a specific trading volume (e.g., spot trading volume of 100 USDT or futures trading volume of 500 USDT) to be completed within a certain timeframe (e.g., within 7 days of registration). Ensure you have met these thresholds.
- Activity Outside the Promotion Period: Your registration or qualifying activities might have occurred outside the specified promotion period. Always check the event's start and end dates.
- Violation of Activity Rules: WEEX has strict rules against fraudulent activities such as wash trading, cheating, or registering multiple accounts. If any such behavior is detected, your eligibility for the bonus may be revoked.
- Bonus Distribution Delays: Bonuses are usually distributed within 24 to 48 hours after meeting all requirements. There might be a slight delay during peak times.
