Zhongji Xuchuang Approved by Hong Kong Stock Exchange to Raise $8 Billion
Zhongji Xuchuang has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to plan a listing in Hong Kong, with a fundraising target of up to $8 billion. On July 17, Zhongji Xuchuang obtained approval from Chinese securities regulators for its Hong Kong listing plan, having previously secured listing permission from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company is primarily engaged in the research and manufacturing of high-speed optical communication modules, benefiting from the global wave of AI data center construction, which has led to a rapid increase in demand for 800G and 1.6T high-speed optical modules.
