XRP ETF Surpasses US$ 500 Million in Assets in Nine Months
Bitwise's XRP ETF has surpassed US$ 500 million in assets under management just nine months after its launch in the United States.
According to data released by the management firm, as of last Friday, the fund's net assets stood at US$ 502.7 million, corresponding to approximately 36.475 million XRP.
After the market closed on Monday, the ETF's assets reached US$ 507.23 million, placing it among the leading XRP funds in the U.S. market.
Bitwise also stated, "We appreciate the opportunity to expand public access to XRP."
This growth occurred after the first half of the year, where the fund ended with a net asset of about US$ 299 million at the end of June.
On its first trading day on November 20, the ETF traded US$ 25.9 million on the New York Stock Exchange.
The product entered the market about a week after Canary Capital's XRP ETF, which has the ticker symbol XRPC and initially raised nearly US$ 60 million.
As of December 1, the cumulative inflow for the new product had reached US$ 756 million.
According to the 10-Q report related to the second quarter, the fund's net assets were US$ 241.4 million at the end of December 2025 and are projected to reach US$ 299.1 million by June 30, 2026.
During the first half of the year, investors added approximately 181.5 million XRP through the creation of new shares, valued at US$ 269.9 million.
Of this, about 105.3 million XRP, or US$ 137.9 million, was added in the quarter ending in June.
Bitwise charges a sponsorship fee of 0.34%. However, as of December 19, 2025, the fund's first US$ 500 million in assets is exempt from this fee.
Despite the asset growth, the fund recorded a net decrease of US$ 176.6 million during its operations in the first half of the year.
The document attributes this result mainly to "the price of XRP falling from US$ 1.82 on December 31, 2025, to US$ 1.04 on June 30, 2026."
Since then, XRP has regained some ground. According to the data mentioned in the materials, the token rose from about US$ 1 to a multi-month high of US$ 1.70 between August 19 and 22.
Subsequently, the token fell back to below US$ 1.40 at last Friday's close and reported US$ 1.38 on Monday.
The XRP ETF traded in the U.S. also saw strong inflows last week.
Overall, these funds attracted US$ 110.49 million, marking the best single-week performance since early December.
As a result, the cumulative net inflow for these products reached a record US$ 1.66 billion by Friday.
Inflow volumes for all trading days this week reached tens of millions of dollars. Wednesday's single-day result peaked at US$ 28.14 million.
Among the funds, Bitwise leads with a cumulative net inflow of over US$ 600 million.
Following closely is Canary Capital's XRPC with US$ 483 million, and Franklin Templeton's XRPZ with US$ 462.86 million.
