NVIDIA plans to launch the AI agent open-source platform NemoClaw
According to WIRED, sources have revealed that NVIDIA is planning to launch an open-source platform for AI agents. NVIDIA is promoting the product to enterprise software companies, and the platform is called NemoClaw. This platform will allow businesses to deploy AI agents to perform various tasks for their employees. Sources say that the platform can be accessed by enterprises regardless of whether their software products run on NVIDIA chips.
This move comes as NVIDIA prepares to hold its annual developer conference next week in San Jose. Ahead of the conference, NVIDIA has been in talks with several companies to establish partnerships for the AI agent platform, including Salesforce, Cisco, Google, Adobe, and CrowdStrike. It is currently unclear whether these discussions have resulted in formal collaborations.
Sources indicate that since the platform is an open-source project, potential partners will likely be able to gain free and earlier access while contributing code or resources to the project. Additionally, NVIDIA plans to provide security and privacy tools within this new open-source AI agent platform.
