Riviera Club Aquapark Seeks Investor to Complete Construction with $5 Million
In Irpin, Kyiv region, the Riviera Club Aquapark project is being implemented, which represents a large-scale recreational and entertainment complex with restaurant infrastructure and concert venues. To complete the construction, investments ranging from $1 to $5 million are required. The total budget for the project is $13.5-14 million, of which $8.5 million has already been invested. The complex occupies an area of 2.04 hectares, of which 0.4 hectares is allocated for a parking lot for 155 cars, and the water zone covers 16,000 m². The expected capacity is about 1,000 visitors per day, with the main audience being residents of Kyiv, Irpin, Bucha, and Hostomel. The first phase includes an adult area with six slides, a swimming pool (621.8 m²), a children's water complex, a spray zone, a restaurant, a food court, and a bar. There is also a stage (49 m²) and a covered summer area (738 m²) for concerts and events. The second phase includes a banquet hall, an additional pool with a jacuzzi, and a VIP area. The complex will operate year-round, with plans for an ice rink, winter fair, and food zone in the winter. The expected net profit for the summer season is about 115 million UAH, and the potential net profit from the winter format is about 19.6 million UAH. The estimated payback period is about 5 years after reaching full capacity. The funds raised will be directed towards completing construction work, purchasing equipment, and improving the territory.
