Fomo Co-founder Completes First Round of Financing with Participation from 140 Investors
Se Yong Park, co-founder of Fomo, announced the completion of the first round of financing with participation from 140 angel investors. Currently, there are over 200 angel investors on the cap table. He stated that early founders often misunderstand the relationship between the company and angel investors, suggesting that angel investors should be viewed as call options for the success of the product. Despite having tech CEOs, celebrities, and athletes on the cap table, their likelihood of providing early assistance is close to zero. As the scale expands and products that angel investors are willing to use and proudly share are launched, more people will naturally recommend the product.
