Bitcoin Whales Remain Cautious as $120.24 Million Exits from ETFs
In the U.S., outflows from spot Bitcoin ETFs continue. On September 9, a total of $120.24 million was withdrawn. Ark Invest's ARKB fund saw an outflow of $77.98 million, while BlackRock's IBIT fund experienced a withdrawal of $19.53 million. Grayscale's GBTC fund also recorded an outflow of approximately $27.2 million. The total assets of Bitcoin whales have remained stable at around 5.23 million BTC over the past week. Large investors are awaiting the U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI) report and the Federal Open Market Committee's (FOMC) interest rate decision. According to TradingBeats, a whale on Hyperliquid pulled a buy order of 385.72 BTC from $77,377 to $76,377. If this order is executed, the investor's position will reach 464.03 BTC. Additionally, a whale that has not closed its Bitcoin position worth $461.5 million withdrawn from Coinbase two years ago currently holds $418 million in Bitcoin. This situation indicates that some large investors are waiting for buying opportunities at lower prices.
